Cemlyn Rogers
Owner of Grove Gardens
In 2000, after studying in horticulture, Cemlyn set up Grove Gardens as a one man band armed with a mower and boot full of tools in the back of his beloved orange 1974 Mk2 Escort Estate. Fast forward 21 years Grove Gardens has grown into a successful landscape gardening business with an excellent reputation for outstanding workmanship. As the owner, Cemlyn will be the first contact for potential customers and will oversee the projects from start to finish.
Will
Construction Manager
Will has worked with Cemlyn for 15 years and is an integral part of the success of the business, and will over see all the build details on our projects. Armed with over 25 years experience building gardens, Will's passion for his work and an uncompromising eye for detail has helped Grove Gardens achieve its reputation for excellent workmanship, enabling the business to work on some really exciting and prestigious projects.
Andrew
Maintenance & Landscaping
As well as heading up the garden maintenance division, Andrew is multi skilled and also jumps onto landscaping projects when required. Andrew has been with Grove Gardens for 12 years and is loved for his fantastic hair and friendly disposition. He is also a keen twitcher.
Tom
Senior Landscaper
Tom has been with us for 3 year years and comes from a landscaping and home renovation background. He works with our team on the bigger projects and also runs some of the smaller garden builds.
Ned
Maintenance and landscaping Labourer
Ned is the newest member of the team. He works on the garden maintenance team and landscaping during the Winter months.
Laura
Administrator (and so much more)
As well as being a mother and Cemlyn’s wife, Laura deals with the accounts and the smooth running of the office.
